The Seventh Seal
04:22
|
|||
Prayers of repentance resonate no more.
Our future has been erased in the past.
Truth became an echo in the valley of the void.
Death became our idol, while lives have been destroyed.
Face the end.
Witness the nightmare.
Time to descend.
Yield to despair.
The time is up.
It's too late to redeem ourselves.
The seventh seal is open to embrace the end.
Our crimes against the innocent wont vanish within the tides of time.
Behold our blatant ignorance. Our nemesis will be our arrogance.
Behold the demon
We summoned ourselves.
The unbound rage
Of a dying world.
We are the world's destroyers.
It's time to finally face it.
We were selfish and reckless,
Voracious, greedy and graceless.
Within our burning cities we will beg for mercy,
But our self inflicted misery wont arouse no pity.
The artificial realm of insanity will shatter.
Once golden towers will lie rusted and scattered.
Monuments of vanity will break down.
With our crown of ignorance we shall drown.
Our time is up.
It's too late to show some reverence.
The seventh seal is open to embrace the end.
A self-destructive menace we have become.
In the end we brought the war we started home.
Our reign of greed became the death of everything.
We poisoned ourselves! Behold the next silent spring!

Burial Shroud
03:21
|
|||
When the last green leaves fall - which side will you be on?
The voice of reason whispers no more.
This world of hate is rotten to the core.
We're chained to the industry, nailed to the wheel.
Bound by technology we're cursed to kneel.
Lets weave the burial shroud for industrial society.
Civilization must end for global liberty.
I scream for eternal justice to end all lies.
I believe in total freedom for all life.
To battle darkness we'll need to bring about
the twilight of the machines!

Against Leviathan
03:36
|
|||
No colors left in this world. The future is painted bleak.
The iron fist of death triumphs over the 'weak'.
Behold civilization, the great depraver.
In our world of chains, this is the slaver:
A king in the realm of greed,
an imperialist warmachine,
the way of life that corrupts minds,
exploits all beasts, enslaves mankind.
Once we kept the fires burning as a signal.
When the flames died out, our world became abysmal.
The harness of technology destroyed all community,
balance died, so did harmony
In the name of tragedy.
From a silent breeze a whirling storm shall arise.
We are prepared to break free from civilized life.
Show some reverence. This is the new rewilding.
Reconnecting with nature is the only way to repent our sins.
No colors left in this world. The future is painted bleak.
The sharpened scythe of death continues to reap the 'weak'.
We grieved and waited far too long.
This is a call to war, a battle song.
We are determined to fight until we have won
Against his-story, against leviathan.
Against Leviathan!

Unwritten

Branded an outlaw
I walked this path of perdition and pain.
I paid my dues to past mistakes.
Despair made me understand who i really am.
You might never find true happiness
On this journey of intertwining paths.
I've seen too many friends drown,
Too many self-destroying acts.
Weakness and strength will always collide.
Nothing is set in stone.
You might never find true fulfillment
On this journey of half-lived lives,
Yet, the future is still unwritten.
Nothing is set in stone.
There is no granted access to paradise.
There will be no fucking forever, no afterlife.
What really counts is
To live your life to the fullest,
The here and now,
The Vegan Straight Edge.

Collecting Scars
02:46
|
|||
Do you remember the nights
When a thousand stars showed us no light,
When we wandered through the dark
Picking fights, collecting scars?
We believed we would be kings,
While walking blind through the ruins
Of our castles made of dreams.
But nothing was as it seemed.
We didn't choose the battles,
They chose us, while we didn't see,
That we kept losing with every passing day.
Our pride wasn't the only thing we lost when we hit the floor.
But what's done is done and today we ain't no fools anymore.
We ain't no fools anymore.
We have lost a thousand times.
We've lived, loved and showed regret.
We have never been alone
And we will neither give up nor forget.
We could not walk away from this,
Without having to pay the price.
We might be fuck ups, underdogs,
Who turned their backs to paradise,
But we will stick together,
When we will walk through hell
Remembering those who were
Brave enough to fail.
This is for those who have been hurt,
The loser youth, the straight edge kids,
For those who still have heart,
The ones who still believe,
For those who share convictions,
The tribe, the pride, the pack,
Those who keep choosing life among the walking dead.

Privilege
02:16
|
|||
It's so easy for you to say that you don't care
When your privilege makes you blind to the oppression that others endure.
The problem is not, that we see injustice everywhere,
The problem is that you don't.

Putrefaction
04:07
|

Of late I've had this thought, that this country has gone backwards four or five decades
And that all the advancement, the good feeling of person toward person
Has been washed away, has been replaced by the same old bigotries.
The same old bigotries.
We have more than ever the selfish wants of power,
The disregard for the weak.
We have more than ever the disregard for the old, the impoverished, the helpless.
We are replacing want with war, salvation with slavery.
We have wasted the gains.
We have become rapidly less.
We have our Bomb.
It is our fear, our damnation and our shame.
Now something so sad has hold of us, that the breath leaves and we can't even cry.
We can't even cry.

Ghosts of the Past
02:40
|
|||
Have you ever felt
A soft breeze ghostly wrapping your skin,
While getting lost in the woods to find yourself?
Have you ever felt
This dreadful hopelessness?
Have you ever felt
Like there is nothing left,
But the pain in your chest caused by someone who left?
Have you ever felt
The void in your heart, because you were betrayed?
Will this ever find a final stage?
Will a beam of light pull me away?
Shall I give up or give in, I will prevail.
Shall I give up or give in, I won't drown in misery.
I won't drown in misery.

The Eternal Demise
02:07
|
|||
This is the chapter of the eternal demise.
Through the eyes of our fathers we will go blind.
We changed the perspectives to keep sight.
We changed, accomplished nothing, kept changing everything but our lives.
Oh, if I could just tell you how I feel
Seeing the world coming down on me!
This is our last breath,
Our legacy,
The one last kiss,
The frozen memories.
